It came loose from half on the brackets it had keeping it together. The very first call I made was to emergency maintenance.

Live just five minutes from central Colorado Springs at the Grandview apartments where you can feel like you are in the middle of all the action. Local shopping here is excellent with the Citadel Mall right around the corner. You will be able to reach many large employers such as Northrup Grumman or the Memorial Hospital. The Memorial Park Recreation Center offers lots of fun activities for your spare time.
About two minute away on East Platte Avenue you can reach a Wal-Mart Supercenter carrying both food and good goods you will need while living here. The area also features Target, Home Depot, a liquor store and the Citadel mall. If you are looking for a place to eat, check out CiCi’s Pizza, Olive Garden or perhaps the Black Bear Diner which is said to whip up a mean chicken fried steak. For the price this is definitely an upscale gated community. Neighbors are all so friendly and everyone is respectful. The inside of the apartments are spacious and offer a cozy little patio for each unit.

There is a large dog park in the center of the apartments which I only utilized briefly, but it is well maintained. Upgrades to the units would for sure take this place to the next level, but until that can be done I would say this is a great starter apartment. Choose from a variety of spacious one or two-bedroom apartments to find the perfect home to fit your lifestyle. The large sliding glass door flows gently onto your own private patio or balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and gorgeous views of the surrounding scenery.

People have stolen my plants from my porch area and some man tried to kick our door down. There was also a gas leak from our heater and when the gas company refused to repair it and instead suggested a complete new one the owners refused to pay that amount. Every place will have its ups and downs but they will try to help as much as they can.
